Adam James

Adam James is a journalist and long term ally and friend of the Hearing Voices Movement. He has done more than any other journalist to spread the word of the significance of our work. Amongst his many accomplishments are the following:

  • Author of 'Raising Our Voices' an account of the Hearing Voices Network.

  • Mind Journalist of the Year 2001 for his coverage of mental health issues.

  • Founding and managing editor of psychminded.co.uk, an online resource for professionals working in mental health.

  • News editor for OpenMind magazine, published by Mind, a leading mental health charity.

      For years I have been trying to find a way to tell people the expierence I have been through and the things I have learned about what I hear. Now I feel that I have enough information to start my book but need the evaluation of someone that has expierence with a verity of persons like me to put the pieces together.       31.03.2010 Marius Romme invited Rommes vehicle, by vehicle people hear voices, me too. Vehicle is put inside brain back head. It is used to suffer, suffering grow brain full of connections between brain cells, those connections make person high intelligent. And brain is then such that can do closing work so that brain not wound when closing work is physically hard - closing help women become safe. Write me!! Greetings Pentti Vihinen
