The Hearing Voices Network in Denmark www.hearingvoices.dk is host in 2007 for the annual Intervoice meeting.


This provides us with the exceptional opportunity to present a conference with voice-hearers and professionals from all over the world with experience in how to help people who hear voices.

·          Arana Pearson from New Zealand - “Development of the voice-hearing network in N.Z. and his personal recovery story”

 

·          Ron Coleman from Scotland: “The struggle between users and professionals”

 

·          Dirk Corstens from Holland: “Voice Dialogue - How can you talk to a voice-hearers voices?”

 

·          Mike Smith from England:  “Using a systematic approach to make sense of, and live well with your voices”

 

·          Jacqui Dillon from England: “Self-help groups in London and her own story”. (TBC)

 

·          Merete Demant Jakobsen - anthropologist from Denmark: Parallels between Voice-hearing and Neo-Shamanism”

 

The conference will be in English but it will be possible to translate comments and questions.

 


The cost including sandwich lunch, tea/coffee will be ex. VAT, 1225 kroner incl. VAT..
