I'm 50 years old, and I started to hear voices about 2 years ago, and it's increasing. My wife is a psychologist and assures me I meet no criteria for psychosis, but the voices are becoming more frequent, annoying, and sleep-disturbing (I haven't really slept in weeks). What is this? I don't know what to do about it. I also see shadows frequently as well. I'm otherwise healthy, productive, and have a great job. Help!
