We strive to disseminate knowledge about the nature of hearing voices, the creation of support groups for people who hear voices and generally to de-stigmatize this phenomenon and to expand the opportunities for people who have this experience.
We are a part of a group of supporters and allies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia, who all together recently set up the Western Balkans Hearing Voices Network.
We are an planning group (Bojan, Hana, Juš, Maria and Lara) who are preparing the establishment of Slovenian society (or network) of hearing voices. So far, we act as an informal group.
Our membership attended the 2015 and 2015 Intervoice workshops in Sarajevo with Metanoia and have been trained to work in the field of hearing voices. We were all interested in this topic before the workshops, and have been in one way or another associated with it in our professional work or personal interests.
In September 2015 our first voice hearing group in Ljubljana was succesfully started.
The website of our national network includes details about our activities, news, resources and personal stories.
