A core tenet of the Hearing Voices Movement is that we each have the right to define our experiences in our own way. In this section of our site you will be able to read the perspectives of a range of people. Some of them might complement your own ideas, others may challenge you or reveal new aspects of what it can be to hear voices, see visions or have related experiences. We hope you can read all with an open mind.
Note: As a charity, we do not hold a particular perspective on what it means to hear voices. We include a range of ideas in this section to reflect the diversity of those who are part of the Hearing Voices Movement around the world. If you want to explore these ideas further, you might want to join our Facebook Group, join a Hearing Voices Group and/or speak to someone you trust in your own life.
