New Group in Pennsylvania

There is a Hearing Voices Group in Norristown, PA (USA) that meets weekly on Mondays from 3:30 -4:00 PM at the Norristown Friends Meetinghouse, located at the corner of Swede and Jacoby Streets.

Enter through the open gate on Jacoby Street. It is sponsored by Creating Increased Connections through Education and Support (CIC) and is not a program of Norristown Friends Meeting.

It is free to anyone who hears, sees, or otherwise senses things that others don’t experience.

Further information can be found by contacting voicehearer and peer specialist, Berta Britz [email protected] or phone: 484-681-9432 at CIC.

We are a small and welcoming, self-directed hearing voices group. Please do not hesitate to try us out!

This group in Norristown, Pennsylvania actually lasts until 5:00 PM, not 4:00 PM as listed above and has been in existence for a few years.

There is a new group forming however. It is also in Pennsylvania, in Hatboro and is also facilitated by Berta Britz, a voice hearer. This group is for young people. It is in the evening from 7:00 – 8:30 PM. at 2935 Byberry Road in Hatboro. We are on the first floor across from Dance Arts. Beginning March 13, we will meet every Tuesday evening. The group will be self-directed and will bring together young people who may feel alone in their experiences. The age range is somewhat flexible, from 13 – 26; those in the older range may choose to attend the above mentioned group in Norristown on Mondays. This group is free and open to all younger voice hearers.

For more information please contact Berta at 484-681-9432 or [email protected]
