Hearing Voices Network Finland held a meeting on the 27th April 2011, at which Annika Salo presented the findings of the research they carried out into the needs of families with a voice-hearing member. The daylong meeting also included presentations by:
- Aleksi Airolaa, a voice hearer
- Rikka Ranta, a representative of the Finish National Family Association who were partners in the research project
- Paul Baker, who presented information about INTERVOICE and the worldwide hearing voices movement
